Phone & Video Consultations

Telephone or video consultations are the safest way of assessing your medical needs at this time. If you do need to be seen, the GP will arrange this appointment with you at a suitable time to minimise contact with other patients. Please request a telephone consultation by phoning the surgery on 0115 922 4960.

Reception will need to ask you whether the call is for a non-urgent reason or for more urgent 'same day' advice. Reception will also ask for a brief reason. A GP will then contact you on the number you have given to us, we will try to call you at the agreed time but if you do miss the call then please call reception back to let the GP know.

Face Coverings

If you do have an appointment with or need to attend the Bramcote Surgery it is important that you wear a face covering at all times. This is for your safety and the safety of other patients and staff.

Face coverings can be cloth and can be homemade. Face coverings worn for religious beliefs or cultural practice are also acceptable, providing they are not loose and they cover the mouth and nose.

More information on Face Coverings and on Attending a GP Appointment.

We cannot provide exemption letters for the wearing of face masks. Please see this letter for further explanation.
