Medication Changes

Bramcote Surgery has signed up to Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board’s (ICB) cost effective switch scheme. This means that there will be some changes made to patient’s regular medications as requested by the ICB. Patients will be informed directly if they are affected. All medications will be switched to an equivalent medication. If there are any general enquiries about these switches, we ask that they are directed to nnicb-nn.patientexperience@nhs.net.
