Flu Vaccination Deliveries Delayed

A patient receives a vaccinationThe main supplier of flu vaccinations to the NHS, Seqirus, has just notified GP practices across the country that there will be a one to two week delay to their planned delivery. They are only providing GP practices with 7 days’ notice of when we will receive flu vaccinations which makes it very difficult for us to plan our flu vaccination clinics at this time.

We are now expecting our flu vaccinations to be delivered later in September. As soon as we know the date they are arriving we will put on clinics for you to book in to. We apologise for the inconvenience but this is a national issue and is beyond control.
