Changes to the Appointment System

Due to Covid-19 all GP appointments have been removed from online access to patients.

If you require urgent or same day medical attention, please call the Practice from 8am. You will be asked some questions relating to your symptoms and you may be offered a TELEPHONE OR VIDEO CALL TRIAGE APPOINTMENT.

If you are offered a telephone triage appointment, the Doctor will call you, discuss your symptoms and take appropriate action. If you are offered a video call triage appointment an SMS text message will be sent with all the necessary details. This may be inviting you in for a face to face consultation, advising you to contact 111 or prescribing you medication to collect from your nominated pharmacy.

If you do not have a nominated pharmacy, please contact the surgery.

What you can do to help

Please avoid coming to the Practice unless absolutely necessary. We are trying to remain open for as long as possible as well as protect our staff for as long as we can.

Please practice Social Distancing in order to keep you and those you care for protected.

Please download the NHS app. This will allow you to order your medication without coming to the Practice as well as view your results online.

If you have regular medications, please make sure that you inform us who your nominated pharmacy is. This means that we can send your prescriptions to the pharmacy without you coming to the Practice
