Using your Digital TV or Mobile
You can also use EMIS Access via your digital TV set or G3-enabled mobile phone to make, view and cancel appointments.
Once you have received your Practice ID, Access ID and password (see here) you can use the interactive services provided by your local authority. These services allow you to book and cancel appointments as well as order repeat prescriptions.

- Press the yellow button on your remote
- Select Info & Services
- Select Looking Local
- Select your preferred area or use the postcode search
What Next?
- Select the GP Appointment Service from the a-z menu
- Input your registration details and select Sign In
- Select Book to make your appointment
- Select your Appointment Date
- Select the Surgery you wish to attend
- Select the required Appointment Time and the Doctor you want to see
- Confirm your appointment
- Make a note of your booking
You can now book another appointment or cancel the one you have just made.
